SUMMARY :The incumbent participates in the staffing process mainly for store positions.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:- Participate in the recruitment process for summer store jobs.- Makes the postings of positions to be filled, administers the reception of applications and proceeds with the selection.- Conducts pre-selection interviews and submits candidates to various batteries of tests.- Conducts individual and group interviews and assesses the behavioral skills of candidates related to the requirements of the positions to be filled.- Performs reference checks.- Keep recruitment statistics up to date.- Collaborate on various projects by providing support to members of the human resources team.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :- Be a student or graduate of a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or human resources management- Judgment, dynamism, analytical mind and autonomy- Knowledge of Word and Excel software- Ease of working in a team- Functional bilingualism- Own a car to make some trips (workplaces not accessible by public transport)SKILLS :- Orientation towards quality work/service- Learning technical aspects- Management of time- Resourcefulness- Ability to adapt- IntegrityThe responsibilities and relationships assigned to this role may change as necessary to achieve Metro’s objectives.
