We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer (Mobile) to join our dynamic team. The Senior QA Automation Engineer will handle ensuring the quality of our software products and will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, identify and report defects, and provide feedback on product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a proven record of accomplishment of delivering high-quality software products.

- Day In The Life

- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive test strategy for web and mobile -based products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to ensure that quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of web applications
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Monitor and track defects and issues, including providing status updates to stakeholders
- Continuously improve the QA process by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and techniques
- Supply mentorship and training to QA testers to improve their skills and knowledge
- Investigate customer complaints and product implementation issues

- What We Are Seeking
-
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Must have 10+ years of experience in automation testing and web & mobile application testing, including manual
- Strong technical skills in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related technologies
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, API testing (Swagger/Postman), C#.net, JavaScript and HTML
- Experience with performance testing tools, such as Appium, JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in leading and managing a team of QA testers will be an asset
